These people are a joke. I called on one of their listings for a laundromat that was for sale. The broker/agent called back and the first thing out of his mouth was "how much money do you have"!? I tried to ask him a bit more about the business and what the asking price was, just some BASIC questions. He kept telling me to text or email him and he would send me his website and that he could not tell me where the property/business was located. I tried asking him again about some of the basic questions about the laundromat. He then proceeds to hang up on me! Wow, what a great way to do business!
