Here's a tip: don't keep gas engine pawn items inside near the front door. The gasoline fumes we're so bad in the entire front of the store it was a health hazard, and a major fire risk!!Otherwise an interesting shop, with an impressive selection of Native American art, crafts, jewelry and clothing. Prices seemed high, but I'm not super familiar with current market rate.

Unsure why my previous review disappeared... Place is far overpriced for used items. Unwilling to barter on certain items which can be proven to be overpriced. +1 Star for unique items.

Western Pawnbrokers is one of the most unique pawn shops I have ever been to. They have something for everyone. Half of the pawn shop is basically a museum for Native American history with antique bead work, authentic rugs, and vintage photographs and painting. While the other half offers everything from guitars, bicycles, and power tools. Western Pawnbrokers is not only a one stop shop, but an experience for locals and people just passing through.

A terrible establishment. Do not go to them. I was behind on bills due to debit card fraud and they offered their lowest for my Xbox One 1TB. They refused to add just 15 more dollars. They are by far the worse pawn shop in Billings.

THE WORST SERVICE!! Completely incapable of handling the stuff within the store. Everyone behind the counter seems to not know where the stuff in pawn is placed in the back. Waited for half an hr on three workers just so they could all look for what I put in pawn a month before. Selling over priced items for low quality. DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS YOU REALLY WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.
