I'm on my third year doing business with these guys and couldn't be happier. I've got a tree service and when I need new equipment they're quick to set it up and get me on my way. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. I won't go anywhere else!

Well. I really needed to purchase a new stump grinder quickly!Had to send my bank receipts 3 times to Joel.That caused a delay.The salesperson at Carlton then morphed into a jackass.Werkend passed.Monday morning I find Joel has gone on vacation for the entire week!Now, I gotta deal with some bitch in Nebraska who was little to no help in completing the necessary paperwork.I became totally frustrated and killed the deal.Now, I read how terrible their customer service is,...and it all makes sense.

Very happy with the customer service. There was a miscommunication between the company where we bought the truck and this finance company. Jim at Western Equipment made things right so that we were not overpaying any interest. Human error is a natural occurrence but these days not many people stand by their word. It was such a breath of fresh air to actually come across a company that did stand by their word. I would definitely do business with Jim and his staff again.

This company is the worst finance company out there. Do not finance with them if you want to pay it off early. We still had to pay a year and a half of finance charges. Also the worst people to deal with on all levels. I seriously do not think they are too busy to return same day or next day phone calls. I do NOT recommend them!!

I'm not usually a negative reviewer, but this company doesn't break down payments into principal and interest, you only get to update that info in your books at the end of January. If I had known this I would have financed elsewhere, even at a higher rate. I was told that they might have that at the end of the year, or they might not even mail me the info at the end of January, and then I should call. That's absurd.

We needed financing for our business to continue to grow and we came across western finance! What a lucky find for us! The whole team, especially Rachel treated us with respect and like we have known them for years? Made the whole process stress free! I cannot speak high enough about western financing!! Some of the absolute best people I’ve ever dealt with!

Find another financing option. I will never do business with them again. After my wife inadvertently made two payments in one month and we stopped payment on the one electronic check, for which they received no charges, they insisted on charging us a penalty because her words "we had to do work". Really?? People you were paying to work had to do work? My goodness, what has the world come to?? I literally was about to contact them about purchasing a $70,000 machine and I had already financed $55,000 with them.... Was it really worth it to insist charging me a $25 processing fee? Talk about stepping over 100's to pick up pennies, SMDH.

I FINANCED A TRUCK THROUGH THESE GUYS SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND ALSO TRIED TO FINANCE A TRAILER I WAS TOLD TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS WITH THEM AND THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME AFTER 7 YEARS I GAVE UP. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO FINANCE WITH. THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
