Hardest to do business with. Their hours are unfavorable. Communication is lacking. Every time I have spoken with someone, they do not follow through. Plus, they have false branding and advertising on their website. It clearly showcases American Express as a processing option, but they do not accept. Plus, I believe that is copyright infringement when they showcase an American Express card as an option to pay. Wonder why they haven’t been sued? Once I paid off my loan, they took forever to validate they received the funds and provided me false information, twice. First, they stated they would follow-up with me when payment was received, which never happened. And when I called to confirm receipt of the payment they informed me that I would receive my paid in full letter within two weeks, after the two weeks, I called & was then informed that they do not send the paid in full letter until after two weeks. This organization is a joke. I can’t wait to never deal with them again.
