I have been a member of the WESTconsin Credit Union for so long I don’t even know when I started! The best rates on everything! Their employees are so welcoming and helpful!! Now I have been working there as a realtor and I see it from the inside out. They truly promote customer service and a caring, member first attitude. WCU, Realty, Title Services and Admin are out supporting the community and not because they have to. They are giving back to their members! And it is the right thing to do!

Been a member since 2016. At each different location we are greeted politely, some known by face or even name. It gives you that safe feeling, that you need with your financial institution. This particular location, is by far my favorite. I'm very outgoing so I'm always telling crazy stories and trying to entertain. I just love how every time I come here I'm greeted with a warm smile and a quick hello. It's great to see genuine people who love their jobs.

Good local credit union, good rates and online banking option. Also, good thing they implemented a password reset, I keep forgetting mine as I don't save it.
