Feedback:

I would highly recommend Westboro Mitsubishi ! They worked with my credit, my lease was up in my other car and I was in a brand new car the very same day. Tom Sullivan and Ezra Brooks were amazing to work with, efficient, friendly and just an all around great experience ! Thank you!!

Feedback:

I recently purchased a car at this dealership and could not recommend them more! My credit isn’t the best and I wasn’t able to get approved for a loan anywhere else but Dan helped me get approved for a loan and got me into my new car super fast! He made it very easy and was incredibly patient answering all of my questions. I encourage anyone looking for a car to stop in and talk to Dan, I guarantee you’ll be glad you did.

Feedback:

I highly recommend this dealership. One of the staff members (Daniel) was very kind. He made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions, and made very helpful suggestions. I will definitely go back because of him.

Feedback:

This place is the best .I never would have been able to drive away with a brand new car if it wasn't for the team mark and bill are the best.!!!!!

Feedback:

Paul Makiej gave great customer service and told me every detail vividly about the vehicle and answered all my questions before I had even had a chance to ask about it. He did an amazing job come see Paul!

Please excuse my rant:I am not one to post about anything, good or bad. Today though, I couldn't keep this to myself. I went to Westboro Mitsubishi a little while ago to go look at a couple of cars as I am looking to obviously buy a new car. When I walked in, I was greeted by Arty (or Alan, dont remember his name). He asked me if I had an appointment with anyone in specific as any normal sales person would do, and I said no as i was just browsing. He had me sit down and goes to grab a form and told me to fill it out to see what the bank could give me. When going to buy a car, why is that one of the first things I was asked? Did I not look like I could afford to buy a car?Not once in the first five minutes of me being there did he ask me what car I was even there to see. He gives me the form and walks away, I started filling it out and stopped because this is not what I was there for. He comes back, and I told him I wasnt going to fill out the rest of the form because this was a little too much than what I was there for at the time. He takes the form and finally asks me what I'm there to look at then. So I told him two different cars that I wanted to see. Side note, they were both in the showroom. So he goes to the back to get some keys and proceeds to take me outside and goes hopefully we can find them and they arent blocked in. He brings me over to the basic model of the first car I asked to look at and open the passenger side door. I looked around and walked over to the drivers side as any normal human buying a car would do, and hes standing back with the key in his hand like I'm going to take the keys and drive away. So I step out of the car, and he said I think the other one is in the back. Meanwhile, the other model car I wanted to see was right next to the one he unlocked for me. I told him I didnt need to see inside and I could look through the glass. I asked a couple of questions and finally told him I was all set with the cars and thanked him for his time. When I started walking away, I dont know maybe the car salesman in him told him to make small talk, who knows. He saw people he knew and while I was in mid sentenance he started talking to these other people. Of course we were standing right behind my car so I'm could just get in and leave. He turns back to me and tries to remember what we were even talking about. I finished my statement and he just looked at me. I said than you and I left. I have bought multiple cars in the past, and briefly worked in a similar field. Not once have I ever seen someone treat a person they are trying to sell a car or service too like that. Was it because it's my day off so I was wearing sweatpants and a hat that I had to be treated like I didnt have a right to be there? He doesnt know me and doesnt know my financial situation. Did a look a certain way for him not to want to help me? I guess I will never know. What I do know is, that was the worst customer service or sales tactic I have ever seen. Usually people dread going to dealerships because the sales people are so persistent and annoying. I on the other hand went knowing very well what I was going to be getting myself into, or so I thought. To anyone I know, who is still reading my rant. Do yourself a favor and never go to Westoro Mistubish on Route 9, spare yourself the aggravation. I am not one to complain or waste any time on these kinds of things, but I am making sure this gets to them and Mitsubishi so they can see what kind of people they employ and so the manufacturer can see who they are giving cars too for sales. It probably will never make a difference, but atleast it's out there.

Hands down best experience buying a car I’ve ever had! My credit isn’t the best in fact no one else would finance me, I was feeling it was hopeless and then I saw this place and tea a review about a guy who was in the same place I was and they financed him so I gave it a shot and am so glad I did! Arty made things quick simple and easy and is totally a nice down to earth type of guy! He wants to get you in a car that day and he stays true to his word! I got my very first brand new car all thanks to Arty and the amazing folks at Westboro Mitsubishi! Thanks again!

I have never had a better experience at a dealership in my life. My salesman was Arty Welch and this man bent over backwards to help me get this new car. I can't thank him enough and Westboro Mitsubishi.

Always great service

Feedback:

I don’t even know where to begin with this place. These people have lied and led me to believe that they can actually help me. I drove 1 hour three times to go and see them. All three times was a complete waste of my time. No need to write a long paragraph but all I have to say is this place is one of the WORSE dealerships I have ever went to... I just bought my 2015 Kia Optima from a different dealership because they actually went above and beyond to help me. Unlike those lack of customer service/ unfriendly salesman’s that this place have. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
