I do see some negative reviews, but I have never had a problem in the 2 years I have been . And from experience they charge AT THE MINIMUM 1/3 the price of other pawn shops on a pawn. And they hold your items for 4 months not 30 days. Great shop, Give them a shot most people dont go anywhere else

The salesmen are very rude and out to cheat you...if u are a woman do not go without a man as they will cheat and disrespect u....don't advertise you do pawn loans when u in reality want items to buy Stuff at rip off prices....do not go here...they are a scam!!

Ive been around and shopped at many different shops. I have a list in mind when I think of Rochester pawn shops and these guys, Hollywood treasure and pawn kind on Dewey are all in the too three worst. You will be treated so poorly and like you some type of loser who had to pawn there stuff for whatever reason they feel they should judge you on. Then whatever you think your item is worth expect to get about 1/4 that if you go to any of these guys. Best shop in town BY FAR IS Greece gold and tech, its just a few miles down the road from these guys. Let them know that

So many people have had bad times here and I see why. I had about 10 old silver dollars, so I took 3 of them to W. Ridge Traders and they gave me $10.00 for each one, which was HALF of what the shop over on E. Ridge gave me for each of the rest of them. I would never go back to W. Ridge Traders

Advertises one price, sells in store for hundreds more when you go to buy - even they admit it is the same item but "simply a clerical error" likely story!

Had a pawn there was a couple days late sold my pawn they talk you like you trash I advice no one to pawn there if your sick or anything and they see u payed before still will sell your stuff don’t do it many other pawn shops way better
