Absolutely terrible customer service, no ability to contact anyone in the company. They are being completely uncooperative with handling a massive dispute which has been a nightmare to deal with.

WARNING -This company is operating illegally. Do not give them access to you account information. They will remove money from you account without authorization. BEWARE. We are in the process of filing a local police and a federal complaint.

DON'T USE GOFUNDME, NOR YOU CARING NOR ANY PLATFORM THAT WE PAY HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH. THEY RETURNED 450.00 IN DONATIONS BECAUSE THE BANK ACCOUNT WAS LINKED TO A UNITED STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS BANK. REMEMBER THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS HIT WITH 2 CAT5 HURRICANES????? THESE CHASE BANK SOBS ARE SCUM. THESE PLATFORMS WERE CREATED FOR PEOPLE TO RAISE FUNDS, AND THE SCUM BANKS BOUGHT THEM OUT. POS COMPANY!!!!!

This company fraudulently took money from my account and refuses to reply to me to fix the situation. There is no way to talk to customer service, and they do not reply to their support tickets apparently. This company is obviously a scam and should be shut down and sued.
