Their website does not work. I set up a honey fund account for my wedding and I have not been able to cash my gifts because their website doesn't work. I think they make it that way so that they can keep it.

this company is BS , they have a horrible service , I will never use them again , I made mistake using them , its been 7 days already and they haven't cleared the funds . No phone support only web support . Square is easier to use . Joist use them to process . save yourself a headache .they don't even have a live person to help you , only email BS support .

My dog broke her leg, so I started a go fund me type account. I used the company plum fund, they happen to use this company; wepay in order to pay out. I have been fighting for 2 years literally to get my money plumfund. They directed me to we pay we pay insisted they paid me I can provide bank statements as far back as that showing they did not so they decided to withdraw the payment they did not make and took money from me instead of giving it be where this company is extremely fraudulent if anyone has any advice on what attorney to contact that works pro Bono I would be exceedingly grateful

My experience with this company has been terrible! I authorized a 1 time charge if $145.18 and they charged me 4 times. I have tried multiple times to contact this company to correct the situation. They seem to have just an answering machine that loops the same message over and over. No answer to the emails I sent.
