Worst location. They act as if their time is to valuable to go a little further for their customers definitely canceling my account. Had trouble at the atm and there was a rep at the door and I explained that my card wasn’t working. He said he couldn’t come out to help me. Then I went up to the door and I realize they close at 2pm and it was 2:04 but I had went through the drive through atm twice and the walk up. So I asked if they could help me and the answer was no we’re closed call the number on the back of your card verses trying to help a long time customer. Also I felt like the girl got a kick out of being rude to me even though I was being nice to her. I really feel bad for this company if this is how you treat your customers... your not going to keep them for very long.
