Management is great.. Environment is what you make it. My overall experience here as an employee is a blessing.

It's a pay check. Their union will help you keep your job.... but the actual job is just awful. It's freezing, nasty raw chicken guts, and my hands stayed hurting continuously {I had to keep them on heating pad at least 3 hours a day just to move them.} I made it 6 months because my children needed Christmas presents, I needed money etc. 😖 my co-workers treated me awful.

Terrible shipper, bad attitude, not flexible. Show up early they will turn you away. Show up later then 16 mins then you pay $250!!! Long waits, screw up your 14 hrs clock, you will not be able to park on their yard even if you ran out of hrs. Loaders weight distribution on load is also terrible. I can't even fuel, too much weight on drives. I would give a negative stat if i can.

I have been working at Wayne Farms LLC for a little over a year. And I have enjoyed working here.. I moved up in the company fairly quick and I am looking forward to the up coming years to come...The pay here is good and I have enjoyed meeting new people..The management are great people to work for.. I lose a daughter and the management was very understanding and gave me the time needed to emotional get myself back together..
