Horrible customer service. After a week of calls and e-mails, I was told they would not sell me the parts I need without a $200 service call (which I don't need). Person working the office was clueless and acted like I was imposing on her "busy" schedule when I stopped in to ask for a part. I'm calling the Culligan Man!

My office has used Waterhouse Water Systems for about a year now. We use their water coolers at both of our locations. Whenever I have called the office to ask a question, they have always been helpful! Our delivery guy is quick and friendly as well. Thank you!

Talk about rude my biggest problem with this company was the rude lady who stared me up and down as walked in. I had a simple question and acted like I was disrupting her day of doing nothing. I think I will have to take my business somewhere else.Customer service is important and the person at the front desk should be a proper image for the company
