is the local financial centre for all wonderful services it provides the best rates on loans and has competition for cars because very good saving schemes for young children and also for domestic improvements and for education the building itself has been renovated in the mid nineties when it was converted from an old hotel called the Waterford Arms the logo which is in cast iron is on the side has been hand replaced and is one of the most iconic images of the city showing cities coat of arms and the words are not explain that Waterford was an untaken City during a revolution that happened in the mid 1800s
