Awful company, doesn't stand by their products, terrible customer service, don't waste your time

WWS450H can't connect with a PC via USB. It is a bluetooth scanner so maybe that Works. But according to the manual it should also be able to connect via USB or RS232. But it can't. We are considering using WW450 without bluetooth instead but because of the very bad experience with the WWS450H we have decided not to use WASP products Again.

Decent application, poor scanners, not real lifetime support - lifetime support they offer can and will be sunset right after you purchase the device and version, thus the lifetime support is not true. Most competitors offer 1-3 years support but this vendor shut down our support 3 months after we purchased because of sunset policy. They email bomb you with this misleading information as well. For the facts visit the website and click on sunset policy. keep in mind, if you call after they sunset a version, they will want you to upgrade. I don't recommend investing into an asset management system for your company if you need support for years after the sale.

This experience has been a nightmare. We purchased the software and the printer. The software is acceptable not great, but the printer and the tech support is terrible. The printer is not compatible with Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 and there is no solution in site according to the tech support team. They sold us the printer less than a year ago knowing it has this issue. When I asked tech support how to correct the issue he said use a older computer, needless to say we will be pursuing the issue legally.
