Chip Sher was particularly good at working with me and understanding my requirements and structuring a finance package that met them very well. I have been investing in the Dc Metro area for a better part of 16 years. I have seen Hard Money Lenders come and go. For our current project I sought funding from many of the top Lenders in the area. Walnut Street Finance was the most flexible, and easiest lender to work with by far. We did not chose Walnut street finance, they chose us. They took a very sensible approach to our circumstances where other lenders turned us down. Since settlement, they have been patient and understanding as we attempt to obtain our building permits and they are always looking to see how they can assist us to move our project along. I highly recommend any investor in there lending area to give them a try. Walnut Street Finance is a different kind of lender in which you can grow and foster a long lasting business relationship that will keep you competitive in this very aggressive market that we find ourselves in. Walnut Street Finance was referred to me by my Mortgage lender. They are fast, attentive, and have amazing staff. I used WSF for a recent flip project, Melissa came out to the property to check it out, and make sure it would be a good deal. After the renovations, it sold in 4 days with multiple offers for full list price. I am already working with them again on another project, they are great to loyal clients.
