My experience with Wakota, unfortunately, was not very good. They often do not return calls or call back several days after they say they will. Programs like mobile deposit can take months to set up. And, when i was finally "eligible" for that service, it took almost a week and multiple calls to them for it to get set up. They also do not have 24/7 customer service. So, if you find yourself in a restaurant after hours, and your card is being declined, even though you have plenty of money in your account, you will not reach anyone to work it out. I would not recommend.
