I’d give it 0 star if I can. Think carefully before you do business with them because you CANT GET OUT. I bought a credit card machine from them and it came in different, i mean it’s so huge compare to my counter and I requested to change to a smaller one but they said no they already put the system in and that I’d lost $1000 to return this machine and there’s a fee to cancel it too like??? I paid in full what do you mean a contract? so yea be careful cuz you can’t get out :)

Was a bit skeptical after having to change through so many processors, but it was a delight to use Vn systems. They are the most reliable one so far.

This is the best company. They can speak many languages such as vietnamese, chinese, english and spanish. Moreover, their customer service is very good; they are friendly and caring, it makes me feel comfortable to talk with them.

I have been using merchant services in this company for 3 years, and it is not much problems with the Terminal. It's working very well. They also have people that can speak my language, so it make me feel very comfortable when I need help about terminal issues or problems forgetting tips. Would recommend to my friend.

Excellent customer service, speak many languages even in chinese & spanish. My processing terminal was down and they shipped overnight, got it within 24 hours. POS are full of great features which are updated very often in nail industry.

I been with usbank chase bank if you have problen with credit machine its took 1 to 2 days for them to solve your problem. I call vnsystem they are good customers service. Love them so far been stqy with vnsystem for 4 years. You just make a phone call everything is solve in 30 minutes.

I just switched my processing with VNS and purchased their Nail Salon POS. It did take a while to learn my ways around the software since I'm not the too tech-savvy but the customer service are extremely helpful and friendly. Now I can easily manage my staffs and not have to spend too much time to calculate the payroll.

I'm the owner of Four Seasons Nail Spa and I'm using the POS systems now. It's a really good systems that help my business start from 0 to better now. I use the text message function a lot for ads. Payrolls are easy. It started a little time to learn and called them to support for first week and then I knew all the function now. Untill now I don't have any trouble of the rate and services. Thank you. I travelled to Vietnam for 2 weeks and still keep track the payment, payroll via internet no problem. It worth a try. I was happy that decide to use this POS. its a right choice
