I have used Village Mortgage 3 times in the past few years and have always had a positive experience. Rich Breed is knowledgeable, efficient, and has been responsive to all of my questions/concerns in a timely manner. I felt confident that my loan would be processed without any complications or delays. Communication is always excellent, as is attention to detail. Even my attorney's office commented that they prefer to handle closings when Village Mortgage is involved due to their diligence.
