Came to tour and I loved how I was greeted as soon as I walked in from what I now know are the amazing leasing team here! They all gave such a positive and welcoming energy that that alone will have me coming back in December to lease with Minessa, Marina & Isaias. Every one of them were helpful and pleasant while they were all busy with someone else up until they could work with me. Kudos to these amazing 3; I’ll see y’all after the holidays!

Disclaimer: Okay, before I start, let me tell you that THEY HAD NOT PAID me for writing this. Not Yet. :pIt was time to take my head out of sand. I was done with New York. Needed a change of scene, well… Actually needed better people to be around and do not ask me Whys and Whats, because we all know the stereotype about Yankees.So I packed my bags and flown to H-Town, The Lone Star State. Spent great many days hunting a better place to call home. Lucky to have some patient friends who stood by me in choosing the right place. Anyhoo! After great many failed impressions at first place from all the different angles of all those apartments and agents we encountered, we landed at The Village at Piney Point, on Lazy Hollow Drive (I yawn each time I say Lazy Hollow).We were greeted by this young lady Sneha, please do not cut my waterline if I have spelt your name wrong (just kidding). After meeting her, it was like you have finally witnessed a point where the Equator and Meridian meets. In her case, the Professionalism and Friendliness.When it came to opt between a great many projects, I, on the spur of the moment, bawled like a stubborn kid at the back seat of our car “I want this one!!!!!”She worked it out as if she was going to get the apartment for herself. I had some undeclared issues in filling up to their criterion yet Sneha came up with options and choices, discussed with her boss, the great cooperative person himself, Luis, I’m sorry I have bad memory, I hope this is right name… They made it possible for me to move in to my place in few days. Trust me this place is what I can call Home. She made sure the apartment is serviced neatly and at par with great standards. Everything I needed from cleanliness to all the appliances available were there. I can’t even tell them this particular thing is not working because trust me everything is actually in great working order without fail.Location is epic. All you need is right around the corner. It cannot be better than this.I’m so glad I chose the place. And I’m happy I met these people, specially Sneha and Luis (I’m gonna be so embarrassed if I’m taking a wrong name for Luis… LOL).Thank You guys! From the core of my heart.
