Bingham Point is a beautiful 55+ community in West Valley Utah! Prices are great, floorplans are well thought out and the community is wonderful!

I absolutely love my home in the Village at Bingham Point. From beginning to end everyone I worked with was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered immediately and my house was completed sooner than expected! The homes and the community are beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend building and living in this community!!
