This was a very transparent transaction and I appreciated the honesty and attention to detail. Mr Bob is personable, attentive and awesome. I admired how my realtor Mrs Paola, from Berkshire Hathaway located on cliffdale rd, and he had a great working relationship to better assist me and also my needs. I've heard soo many horror stories of how buying a home takes 3 to 6 months. I am BLESSED, APPRECIATIVE and FORTUNATE that my process from beginning to the closing date (22 june18)was only one month and without any problems. Thank you Mr Bob for the assistance of my 1st home.
