I feel like I have been scammed with this company as well. I can't get anyone to respond to me and I feel like this whole process has been completely unorganized the entire time I have been working with them. Starting from the beginning, no one had a clue how to get anything up and running. It took 6 months before anything was actually official. Now I find out that I have to charge my customers 4% with every transaction in order to receive a smaller transaction fee each month on my statement. This is completely disgusting and dishonest! I am now being told I unable to cancel even though I haven't processed 1 single transaction. I also have been charged over $4000 and this was never disclosed correctly too. I now have to get legal involved because they can't help me resolve this or their own. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THIS IS THE WORST SCAM I HAVE EVER SEEN AND I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO FEEL THE WAY I HAVE! I can see I am not the only one dealing with this exact situation. I do not like liars or cheaters and this company is all of the above!
