Overall Feedback:

Ordered a birth certificate. Called 5 minutes later to cancel and they refused to cancel the order. Terrible service, paid $16.95 to ship a slip of paper in 8-10 days on top of a 12.95 processing fee. So $52.95 for a slip of 0aper. They hate just awful people.
