I attended the "Starting a Business" Seminar about three years ago. It was a power-point consisting mostly of descriptions of what kind of personality traits entrepreneurs possess. The person running the seminar was an ex-franchisee from Brantford, who made it clear from the beginning that she had no knowledge of the retail/service market in Norfolk county. I found it to be of no use at all for my purposes.Yesterday, I called and asked whether there was any resource for small business owners who had questions regarding commercial leases. The receptionist wasn't even allowed to put me through, she was just to tell me to call a lawyer. I found that not only to be no help to me, but also somewhat rude.I am a small business owner in Norfolk, and I am disappointed by this organization,
