Unfortunately Vend keep updating their offering, so what you signed up for will change and not necessarily for the best. It's no only hard to keep up with theses updates and I wonder who comes up with the new solutions, my guess is they haven't spent any time in retail nor spoken with an actual retailer. Reporting is also dubious; you cannot compare like periods nor go past 25 months. Both being key to a retail store.
