Had worst experience in this bank for death claim after my father's demise. They simply harass us . Also one of the employee said nothing happens in this bank in 2-3 rounds. U need to come again and again to make your work happen.. not recommended to any one .

Very good bank, they provide services beyond the exception, good thing is they mailed statement to you for every month and they are open on Sunday also. Very good facilities. Hope they will start Netbanking soon..
