Air went out Sunday. Placed a ticket into the office at 6am. Received an email saying a technician will be out asap. No one ever called or showed up. It's over 80 degrees in this apartment. I have kids!! The amount of rent that is paid monthly you'd think someone would be running out to fix it. Parking is HORRIBLE. The residents are nasty and most of them keep the stairwells packed with trash and food. Management changed.. Ugh! Long ways from five years ago. It was a much decent place to live. Can't wait for lease to be up.

I had a pretty good experience staying here. My apartment was brand new when I moved in and the community was clean and felt safe. I moved because the prices went up and my family needed to be in a different part of middle TN but overall the manager is great and maintenance staff always helpful.

Omg I came down here in Ashland city TN visiting my godmother I was overwhelmed with joy when I passed vantage pointe even more pleased when Michele showed me a unit I applied for approved move in June from Chicago Michelle helped me every step of the way I'm here happy and loving here at vantage pointe homes thanks Michelle for everything

Before living here I never lived in an apartment complex before. The apartment was so roomy with a modern look, it didn't feel like an apartment. The staff was always extremely nice and willing to help when needed. I definitely felt like I was at home and will recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have lived here for about three years and have really loved it. The leasing manager Krystle is so helpful and on top of things. The apartment is super nice and spacious. Always on top of any maintenance issues that arise. I also experienced a great tragedy while living here when my daughters best friend passed away suddenly, who also lived in the apartments. Krystle went above and beyond helping us get his dog taken care of that we suddenly had to take. I can not say enough great things about her.

I have lived here for a couple years now and am still thoroughly enjoying my stay. The location is perfect, the maintenance staff is very reliable, and I'd like to say this is a great place to call "home". If ever there was a need for assistance or questions needed answered, Krystle and Michelle are on top of their game. From personal to professional, they sure know how to make their residents feel like part of the "family" here at VP.

Vantage Pointe Apartments has exceeded our family’s expectations when it comes to renting. The management is accommodating and easy to work with and any time there’s been a maintenance issue (minor only) it’s been fixed asap. Krystle is always professional, kind and quick to address any tenant concerns, etc. When we walk into our apartment it doesn’t feel like a rental, it feels like home. Thank you VPA!
