I got a TV for 130. 55 inch smart tv witch i thought was to good to be true. When i got home i realized i never got a receipt and of corse it wouldnt connect to the internet. They are always rude. Never wanna help you. Lucky for me with a either net cable it worked but this pawn shop cares nothing about there customer only making money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

If they had negative numbers it would be more appropriate. I have gotten a loan on my wedding ring twice and redeemed it within 10 days each time. I just tried to get a loan again and they dropped the offer because in their words gold prices had dropped. I'm an avid follower of stocks and commodity prices and gold had dropped $1 per gram. Don't take your stuff here they are not trying to help, they are just trying to enrich themselves on the Common man.

So I bring in a super expensive $350 sewer Jetter nozzle and there is a big sign that says anything of value top loans so I proceeded to the counter the lady asked me what I need to test it I said just a simple hose she said what my hose is broken I said okay well I don't bring hoses with me she said oh it's not my responsibility to get a hose I asked her if it was her responsibility to make sure her customers were happy and satisfied beyond their expectations no response I asked for her manager's name number they refused. All the other pawn shops never had a problem only Value Pawn their main concern is to get high dollar value items from drug addicts give them as little as possible so they can make money off people's misfortune the authorities in the state should look into it and close that place down.

So I went to this store because my phone was out of stock at the retailer. The girl in the store showed me that had my model. She showed me the pricing and it was 40 plus dollars more than brand new. They and further with the GM of company explained that they base the pricing on what people pay at other of thier store. So in a nutshell they decide what they want you to pay. The prices are not even based on retail. It is based on what they want you to pay for it. This is a bad model to purchase used items. Why would you pay more than retail. So I challenge anyone after reading this and go to them and look at their used pricing vs. brand new retail. They will scam you by anywhere 10 to 40 dollars on items.

Staff is extremely RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL we bought a iPhone and had been told if our service can’t connect it to bring it and and they will gladly give our money back within minutes we came back we were told it is defective the Spanish lady had a nasty attitude they made me stand outside because they said they were closed but there was other customers in the store the manager was extremely freaking rude I don’t understand how this place is even open if you want to buy something go to the place that’s literally right next-door they actually have manners and want your service as for the value pawn employees if you don’t like your little job find a new one and stop having an attitude with people 📍
