Steven hall and Connor (who wouldn't give me his last name) were very unprofessional. I frequent this store very often and always receive excellent service but they wouldn't even look up the past pawn ticket for the price I pawned the same stuff(without the gold) for not even 4 months ago for $600. Plus I had $152 worth of gold bullion extra from the last time! Steven offered me 100 for a full flack jacket style military best WITH trauma plates. That plus 14 0z of pure 9999.9 silver stamped by Valcombi and Suisse @17an ounce Also. The gold at $43plus a gram for 3 grams. So nearly 400 in pure 9999.9 pure gold and silver bars plus a 600 military style vest and the best he was going to offer was 100 for the vest and level 3 trauma plates and nothing for my precious metals because Carlos didn't know how to test them. They were in certified tamper proof packaging with the valcombi Swiss stamp on them with the ID proving legitimacy. I will never go go back unless Travis is working. He is the most honest loyal worker they have. This is wrong on so many levels!!! Valley pawn is a great establishment with unintelligent workers trying to act like they know what they are doing. At least they have one or 2 that know what they are talking about.
