Client Review on Valley Pawn

Feedback:

I decided to visit this local pawn shop. I parked in front of the location and as I entered I was asked to move my car forward. I removed my vehicle and decided to withdraw some cash in order to make a purchase. Upon my immediate return, there was a vehicle parked in the middle and I parked further away from the business. I approached the employee and expressed my disappointment at the fact that this was not being enforced as he suggested it was earlier. I then explained to him that I have made numerous purchases at this location and also everyone knows who I am. I informed him that going forward I would no longer consider this business. I asked him again why this rule only applies to me and he stated that the customer was going to make a large purchase and that I no longer mattered because I am not his customer anymore. I explained to him that he lacks the customer service skills required to engage with customers. He ignored me and walked away. I included an image of the vehicle parked exactly where I was parked but I was asked to move. You be the judge...I am not going to this place again! I posted an image of the vehicle parked at the same location I was.
