Client Review on VALID Systems

Feedback:

I had a very bad experience with the employees of Valid Systems. Right away they tell you, you are welcomed to go else where, which is a very frustrating, because if I wanted to go else where I would have. They are rude and are not helpful at all. They declined my check even though I have never bounced a check. I usually deposit my check in my bank, but I had company coming in and wanted to use the convenience of cashing my check. They were not able to tell me why they declined. I asked for information and for security reasons they couldn't tell me. I said I wanted to get this straighten so that I won't have this problem, they recommend that on my next paycheck to try again, so I said; is it because this is the first time? They said no, I didn't say that. I said ok if I have been in business for 34 years and have had the same checking account number for over a decade, what could be the problem, and again they told me I could go else where, because they would not approve my check, for no reason what so ever. If the problem was that they need to research my company, then why don't they say that instead of getting the customer upset, by treating them like they bounce checks. Valid system sucks, if I was HEB, I would use another company. I will be writing a letter to HEB as well.
