Client Review on UW Credit Union

Feedback:

My account went negative due to unexpected financial issues, no one contacted me about this at all and when I finally called about a month later to correct the issue because that is when I had the funds to fix the problem I was told three different things from three different people about what was happening. They closed my account the minute after I made it positive. I had more than one account with them and one was not negative and they closed that too. I have a line of credit with them that they froze and I cannot use even though I am up to date on all my payments with them. They pretty much lied to me to get the negative balance paid back and then went against everything they told me. Just a warning to people, that they will tell you one thing and do another, and instead of helping someone figure out and correct their issue they will close everything and do it with a smile on their face while you realize you can now not pay your bills since you had everything set up for auto withdrawal. I thought credit unions were supposed to be better than banks? Almost everyone from UW Credit Union I have spoke too either seemed mad at me, gave me attitude or straight up lied to me.Consumers beware! Worse banking institution ever!
