Had a legitimate reason for a dispute and provided every bit of proof needed to show that the goods i payed for were not properly given to me. Credit union said I had a legitimate reason and they would be siding me, and then two days later, called me to let me know they can not dispute the charge. Thanks for letting me get ripped off for $160. The moment I find a new credit union, I'm gone. Screw this place

I can't recommend them highly enough. They have been great to me over the years and have been very helpful when my credit card info has been stolen (twice now). I can use other credit unions ATMs to make deposits when they are closed and their app for my phone is top notch!
