We loved working with Alli at the American Fork branch. She was professional, on top of things, and knowledgeable. It made our car buying experience a breeze! Other staff was helpful and friendly, probably one of the few banks that I feel genuinely take care of their customers. Alli followed up with us and by sending a sweet card to our home congratulating us on our new vehicles and personally thanked us for using her. Small gesture but huge impact!! It topped off the service we received at Utah First. Highly recommend for Home Loans, Car Loans, and HELOC’s

Don't do business here if you want to cash a check that's more than $5,000. We had an $8,100 cashier's check, issued by Utah First Credit Union, that we needed to cash, and branch manager Alli said they didn't have enough cash on hand for us to cash it.
