Kudos to Inside Sales Rep Adam Cook! We installed a vending machine right before the busy Labor Day weekend. From everything to getting our machine activated to accept credit cards, to numerous emails I sent to him, Adam went above & beyond to help, & always gave a very prompt response. Thanks to him, we had a great holiday weekend in sales!

Added 20% in sales to my vending company. Couldn't be happier with my decision to go 100% cashless! The future of payments is with plastic. I now can accept payment from everyone. I wish I did this 10 years ago. :)

Charged my card 4 months after the transaction was made. What if the account had no money in it currently? Could've cost me overdraft fees. Rediculous.

I been with them for 3 months now and have had nothing it but bad experience more so with the ppl I spoke with vs the company & hardware/software itself. But the customer service reps are horrible attitude on welfare clerk I almost wanted to deactivate my e Orr’s and go elsewhere
