Blatantly dishonest and uneducated in the ways of sales and costumer service are the first thoughts that come to mind when I think of how their employee (Natalie) tried to tell me she was unable to check the specs on my HP monitor without a mouse and then she moved onto a different costumer, all the while leaving me behind without a word for correction. Thankfully there was one gentleman by the name of Sterling that was kind, courteous and had knowledge on what he was talking about-- or at least had the decency to educate himself before looking either naive, ignorant or stupid such as his co-worker-- I was shocked that their so-called in-store manager (Blake) allowed such behavior to be displayed by his employees without repercussions. So much for Valuing your costumers USA Pawn & Jewelry. My final words for my long-winded rant would be, "Get out Sterling, while you still can and thank you."
