They were very courteous and professional. However, they were misleading in our phone conversations about the cost of their funds. The TRUE APR in the documents presented after our call was more than twice the interest rate compared to how they wordsmithed their presentation of interest expense over the phone. If you are not financially saavy, you should talk to an accountant before you borrow funds from USB so you understand the true cost of funds.

I have been Communicating with Ana Guevara from US Business Funding. I have a very busy schedule and Ana has followed up with all the questions, I had asked, regarding a loan. She got me answers in a timely manner and I had never had to ask twice. She is a great employee for her company and they should be glad to have her. She was one of the main reasons we a decided obtaining a loan from US Business Funding. Thank you Ana.

Spammers. I'm receiving multiple totally unsolicited emails in a weekly basis from a guy named Chris Rodriguez. I've never done nor will do business with such hole-in-the-wall companies that use these methods.

Rick was terrific to work with. Professional, patient, and a good partner. He took time to explain options to me, along with pros and cons. Also, he clearly is looking to build long-term relationships with his clients, as opposed to simply offering what is convenient and lucrative for him which is what his competitors do. I look forward to working with Rick on our financial needs for many years.
