This is a very out of date place . You can not access anyone by phone or check your balance by phone . Compared to other banks and credit unions this one is so far behind today’s world it’s crazy. I would not recommend this place and am moving to SECU .

The lady Terry who answers the phone is beyond rude. I asked her for her help and she got an attitude with me. Very poor customer service.
