I’ve never once had an issue. There’s always the same lady working at the window when I pull up and she’s started remembering me. I don’t know her name but she’s blonde and wears glasses. She’s a very sweet employee and always asks me about how my day has been and asks me about my job.

Me and my wife have been customers here for about 2 years now. If you walk into a location, their service is wonderful, however most things I've needed to contact them for have not been things that I needed to come into the location for. Their automated answering service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Unless you're trying to get a loan, start a mortgage, it's useless. I've tried calling multiple times on 4 separate occasions and all 4 times I've waited on hold for over 15 minutes, 2 times I waited a half hr. Two of the 4 times I tried selecting the call back option so I didn't have to wait any more on the phone, but never received a call back. Overall this poor service has really soured what would otherwise be a good experience. Hopefully they see this and change their answering system, because as it is now, I'd probably go with another option if things don't get better.

As far as helpfulness goes. Thats why they get low stars. Ive never had much help from them. Other banks treated me much better. This banks only good thing is the lower loan insterest rates. Dont refer family here because they wont give you a referral bonus. And if the transacrion doesnt show pending you can still get overdraft fees. Their system is always days behind on processing payments so its super easy to overdraft

Was recommended by family to come see Nathan Seyfer for approval on a home. Nathan failed to call us to let us know whether or not we were approved. We tried to get ahold of him and he never answered or called us back. We are pretty disappointed with our experience. Will be going else where next time we try buying a home.

Everyone goes out of their way to help and in any way they can. Recently Ally Gonzalez took time to help me problem solve an app issue and a refund back to my account. She also gave me her direct number and which I did call her later and so sweet and helpful. I love this bank! ☺️
