Client Review on Unity Bank

I've been a customer of this Unity bank for over twenty years, only because I live right up the the street. It's been a long time since I've been actually inside the bank but my early memories tell me they were friendly and helpful when I first began banking here. Now though, it would be nice if the drive thru tellers would at least say hello , that is rare. My main complaints would be that they charge five dollars if you want a paper statement ( sorry, I'm old school) , that's ridiculous, I work for tips and often make a deposit in the AM and pay a bill later in the day and on too many occasions ive been charged a fee because the Cash I deposited did not register (?) quick enough to cover the electronic payment I make hours later. Lastly, ive written about help with an ATM card, but no response. I guess I have to physically go in the bank to do this.
