united tranzactions , UTA , what you are doing is Ilegal !!we are a body shop we paid w.covina chevy in 2005 payment was paid to them 'check was Cash,cleared' & paid in full and you want to come after us for Fees they owe you ? Go after them !!......Totally illegal '' ..you need to go after west covina chevy & collect your fees NOT' us ,,they hired you NOT' us .. Remove us from your list OR' we will take 'Legal'Action !!

This company is the most vial and terrible company ever. I do not know how they sleep at night. I made a mistake and had 2 checks bounce in the first time in the 6 years of owning our company. I have had a few bumps in the road as a small company. Iv been taking all the measures I can to get them cleared up in which Iv followed through with all my commitments. I just spoke with the manager on Monday about making another payment on the 15 of July to clear up these 2 checks. Today is July 4 th and I wake up to a negative account of 1100.00 bc they just take your money out when ever they please. When I have followed through with all my payment commitments. Not to mention the harassment part where they call and call and threaten to report you and how your going to rot in jail for check fraud says one of there employees Veronica. Who is basically the Antichrist. She hangs up on you. I understand that this company has to do what they have to do in order to receive there money back. I get it. But to take all the money I have for no reason after Iv made all payments. I will be consulting my company lawyer on Thursday to see if they by law are allowed to do this to me. I hope you all have a great 4th of July. As in seeing I have zero dollars to do any thing now with my family since they took every dime we have and some. Not to mention the little bit of money i did have come Thursday I don’t know how we operate the company on. Who ever authorized this transaction should be ashamed of yourselves.

This company is very beneficial if your customer service ethic is ZERO! If you provide insufficient services and would like a guarantee that you will still get paid for them then this company is just what you need! Keep in mind the long term effects of using a service like this!UTA denied clearing a payment from my company without even trying to process it and could not even offer a reason why and funds were available and a credit score over 700. After a trip to my banking institution and having to hand the phone to the teller to confirm funds the employee told me to have the company that provided my service and was trying to clear my payment for service, just call him back for a phone approval. After all of this the UTA employee gave me a bogus name and extension number. I will be now asking future businesses I use for services rendered who they use to process their payments and if it is this company, I will be going elsewhere! This company supports bad work ethics and their customer service... well there is none! Good Luck!

By far the worse customer service ever !!!!! I mentioned that they do not have good customer service and that is not how you treat customers. The "manager" stated, "well we're not really working with customers, it's people with bad debt". They are not understanding and could care less about your situation. Life happens and sometimes we can't control what has happened. They hang up on you and won't let you talk. By far the worse company I've ever dealt with.
