Love that they are down town but you need to update your hours. On line it says they are open till noon on Sat. Went their at 10:30 and they were closed! Not a happy customer...

I used UnitedOne for a car loan. I have had an absolute awful experience with this bank. Employee's lack education and no one knows how to answer questions. I have received 30days passed due on my credit report yet I have always paid my bill 2-3 days before it's due.Stay away from this poorly run company.

Did not open doors until 15 minutes after nine even though there was about eight people standing out there with me. Loan officer was of zero help and was entirely unprofessional. I recommend meadowlands in Sheboygan falls. Much nicer experience and got the ball rolling right away on my mortgage.
