Very disappointed with UCU. I used my debit card yesterday morning at Smoothie King. When I got to work I checked my balance (like I do every morning) and realized that my account was negative. On my lunch break I deposited money into my checking account to bring my balance positive, pay for my debit card use that morning and still have extra money. Today I was charged a "Real Time" fee of $25. When I called they would not take the fee off. I have had multiple car loans, a personal loan and a checking/savings account with UCU for years now. Guess that doesn't matter when it comes to an unhappy client.
