Im having account more than 7 years .Very worst customer service,etc.When i go for passbook enteries,many times the appropriate person is not in seat .So i was waiting upto 1 hour to put passbook entry.If i ask any query means they dont reply me properly. The another branch near anjapper hotel (nungambakkam) is very good customer service than this branch.

I don't have account in this branch, I went there for e KYC though they finished it for me with in minutes, and asked me to wait for half an hour politely, that's nice of their customer service. But I don't know why it's not clearly shown in Google maps, I tried Google map to reach there, when I searched for SBI nungambakam it shown me a triplicane branch. Other than that everything is fine as per my experience

WORST BRANCH - SBI Nungambakkam, Chennai. Salary to our company employees is credited from this SBI branch. They delay crediting money due to their some management issues. They do not even think about the impact caused to the salaried people who has to meet their due date on paying loans, EMIs, house rents, and school fees by the first week of every month. When you charge fees to the customers for some reasons like minimum balance maintenance, and ATM transaction limit, don't you think you have to bear the charges the customers are imposed to pay due to your "irresponsible" delay in crediting salary to the customers' account? Shame on SBI.

The nungambakkam SBI branch one of the largest in chennai. It is right opposite to the HANDE medical center in Uthanar Gandhi Salai. The ATM works 24*7, it also has a deposit machine.
