two and half years back i have taken the home loan from UBI branch, akkayyapalem branch. but i am not satisfy the branch services. Especially the rate of intrest is very high. As per RBI guide line the rate of intrest have come down, so system should automatically updated and the customer should receive the intimation at least with a message. i already loss with out any proper intimation. very poor response.
