I'm from Avadi i have Account in Avadi branch. Every time when I come to ATM it was 'out of service' 'sorry no cash' or totally closed. And there is no other atm hear at Avadi so i need to get cash from other bank and it get charged for it. What should I do...? If I complain to them there is no answer from them at last they said give a written complain we will forward it.. That also useless...

Union bank of India T.S.Krishna nagar branch Chennai 600037 Cash deposit machine is not working properly when I deposited cash for rs 9000 only 7500 is credited balance it is saying soiled notes then I go and credit the amount inside the bank .The bank was busy today .The bank staff except for 3 people are very rude They are very angry at customers please give them some training how to deal with customers They are literally shouting at customers Very poor service Kindly look into the problems top management and middle management
