Feedback:

Very difficult to work with this bank. I can never get a straight answer to my questions, and often don't get all my questions answered if I put more than one in an email. Everything must be done on paper, no ability to review and sign documents online, or make payments, or review details of the account. The loan department did not properly set time expectations, gave dates that they could not meet, and did not facilitate good communication between all parties involved in the loan process. UPDATE: Just refinanced and the home was appraised $110K higher than what Union Bank did two years ago. Another indication that they pushed a low appraisal value to force me into PMI.

Brenda was fantastic and creative and would not give up trying to get a loan for me! She goes above and beyond for clients!! I highly recommend Brenda Farrell and Union Bank!
