We received a call and text, claiming suspected fraud from a charge, but I will not call an unknown number in a voicemail. Unfortunately, when we separately called all of the phone numbers we have for Unibank, no one answered.This is unsatisfactory customer service, especially for a banking institution that issues credit/debit cards. There should be 24/7 support for these cards, especially when you are going to call/text people after banking hours.

This is a great bank with a great manager, Mike Stone. I have done business with a lot of banks over the years and Unibank is by far the easiest bank to do business with.

Horrible, bank else where. Hidden fees, unprofessional employees, made up rules. This bank is a joke. Jennifer the customer service specialist was horrible. Closed my account much happier at Santander.

Great bank. They are always there to help you when you walk in and there's free coffee. Bank manager Michael is always helpful. Previous manager Wendy was also always helpful. They must pay them well or something :-) Seriously, they are a cut above the other banks.

I'm done with this there small community attitude bank. They used be awesome, but as they keep growing and keep nickel and dime the consumer will all there fees. They claim they participate in the SUM network far as using a non UniBank ATM, but they do charge the consumer even though it says it on their website. So if you travel anywhere, no one can get cash out cause we all get charged a fee. UniBank shouldn't charge any fees if another back participate in the SUM network. Now I'm going with DCU, cause they are a credit union that saves the consumer the consumers money. They also helping with refinancing my car. A savings account that don't require a $250.00 minimum. My opinion UniBank is trying to be another big name bank like Bank Of America.

I have never dealt with this bank and never will. They call my cell phone several times a month for well over 2 years now. They will not stop after repeated requests. When I call back and complain they claim they never called, yet when I answer the phone they clearly identify themselves. Apparently a bunch low paid workers who have no clue what they are doing. I would not trust people like this to handle my money.
