Horrible phone in customer service! The girl answering phone calls needs some serious customer service training. Just plain rude. This is the second, possibly third unpleasant incident with this chick. When I called in, she answered by asking what I need help with. So I told her, and her response was “how am I supposed to know who you are?”. First off, per your question, I’m answering it so you know what I need help with. Secondly, I’m obviously going to give you my info so you can assist me. Thirdly, find a job elsewhere if you’re so miserable working this job.4-5 years ago, customer service was quite stellar. Not sure what’s going on now, but there person being the first point of contact of a company should make members feel valued. And UNCLE’s point of contact is not delivering that whatsoever.
