They always remember me and are very quick even if there's a lot of people in line. Only wish they were open til 7 on Sundays

Called to ask what gift cards they accept, said they have a book of what they do, I asked if they accepted a specific vendor and the woman said she didn’t know, I asked her if she could check and she said no, I asked why and she replied “because I’m busy, you’d have to come to the store” I asked her how she would be able to look it up if I was in the store but not on the phone and she replied, “cause then I’d have too.” So, if you’re interested in garbage customer service, you’ve found the place

Had never been to an UnBank before visiting today, and I was pleasantly surprised and will be returning. Terensiano was efficient but also friendly and positve, which is my definition of excellent customer service. I appreciated that he explained what he was doing while he was working and made things very clear for me at the end, because I had utilized several services at once (cashed a check, uploaded cash to my prepaid card, & bought several money orders). At first, I felt a bit apprehensive because the line looked long and only one window was open, but within 10 minutes max I was served. Overall, much better compared to other check-cashing places I've been to in South Minneapolis- faster service, more comfortable lobby, and more servies available.

How the heck they say they opened online from 1 tp 7 pm and I get there the sign says ipen but there closed and on the door they hours say they close at 5 today but online it say they open on googlr maps smh
